In September 2019 the Coffs Harbour Bypass Environmental Impact Statement (EIS) was displayed, providing an opportunity for the Coffs Harbour community to comment on design refinements including tunnels, potential environmental impacts and proposed mitigation measures for the proposed bypass. A Submissions Report has been prepared addressing feedback the Department of Primary Industry and Environment (DPIE) received during the exhibition.
