As part of building the highway upgrade, traffic changes will be carried out on the Pacific Highway, near Ballina in late August, weather permitting. The changes will involve opening a 1.5 kilometre section of the Pacific Highway to two lanes in each direction. Local access to Pimlico Road will remain left in and left out only.
